RENTAL PERIOD

The shortest rental period is 3 days. In case of delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily fee will be charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding 3 hours in total, a full day fee will be charged.

LONG TERM RENTALS

VEHICLE RECEPTION - VEHICLE RELEASE

Arentcar Rental Car, which provides uninterrupted service for 24 hours, can receive your vehicle on any day and at any time.

DRIVER'S LICENSE - AGE OF USE

Must be at least 21 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVE

The use of the vehicle by someone other than the renter is only possible with the registration of the valid identity and driver's licenses of the drivers who comply with the driving license and usage age rules. If there is no other record and it is determined that the accident was caused by the unregistered driver, the insurances will be void.

ISSUES INCLUDED - NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES

1 - Daily mileage limit is 300 km

2 - The vehicle has insurance. However, in the event of an accident, the amount up to 1,000 Euros belongs to the customer, and the portion over 1,000 Euros is covered by the insurance.

3-  If the other car is at fault in any accident, the other party's insurance pays in full.

4-  For those who do not want to take risks, we can take this risk for an extra 15 Euros for 1 day. You don't have to pay anything unless you're drunk

5- Extra demands such as fuel, bridge, highway fees, traffic fines, one-way fee, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, baby seat are not included in the prices.

RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE CAR RENTAL PRICES AND CONDITIONS AND THE VEHICLE TYPES STATED IN THE SCHEDULE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

TRAFFIC FINES

Traffic laws in Türkiye stipulate a maximum of 120km on highways. , 90km on intercity roads. and 50km in urban areas. Allows speed. When parking, obey the NO PARKING signs. Traffic fines and legal responsibilities to be applied for actions that may arise from non-compliance with traffic laws and the fault of the tenant belong to the tenant. After the vehicle is left,  traffic fines received by Alanya  Car Rental are reflected to the tenant and the relevant amount is collected from the tenant in cash or by credit card. The time that will pass due to the vehicles being held by official or local authorities for whatever reason is considered within the contract period.
